Blood in the Urine

Seeing blood in the urine is known as hematuria. Gross hematuria is characterized by the ability to see red or tea-colored urine. It is also possible to have blood in the urine that is not visible to the naked eye. This is known as microhematuria. Blood in the urine is often associated with an underlying health condition. It is very important to have a urine analysis right away.
